Open Courses - Overview

Open or public-access workshops are ideal for a number of circumstances; for example, if there are fewer than 4 people from your organisation attending, if your organisation doesn't want too many people away at any one time, or if you're an individual investing in your own future by significantly enhancing your business skills.

Two workshops are run on an open basis:

Essential Skills of Negotiation

  • The workshop starts at 10 a.m. on day one and finishes at 5.30 p.m. on day two. If required, overnight accommodation can be booked at the venue or at a hotel nearby

  • Maximum group size: 8 people
  • Price: £895 per person or £795 if booked and paid for at least 3 weeks in advance. (Any accommodation charges should be paid on departure.)

Introduction to Negotiation

  • A one-day workshop that starts at 9 a.m. and finishes at 5 p.m.
  • See the relevant web-page for details of the workshop objectives
  • Maximum group size: 20 people
  • Price: £295 per person or £245 if booked and paid for at least 3 weeks in advance.

Note: all prices are subject to VAT

How to book

To book one of our open courses, please refer to the workshop schedule and then complete our online booking form. We will confirm your booking and send you an invoice within 48 hours (or offer you an alternative if the workshop is full).

Payment must be received at least 1 week in advance of the workshop unless you are taking advantage of our early-booking discount, in which case we must receive payment at least 3 weeks in advance.

Comprehensive joining instructions will be sent to you 3 weeks prior to the workshop.

(If you are booking within 1 week of the workshop, payment is due on receipt of invoice, and joining instructions will be sent to you with your confirmation.)

If you would like to check availability for a particular workshop, please email us quoting the location and date of the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation notified more than 28 days before the workshop: cancellation charge of 10% of the workshop fee
  • Cancellation notified 28 days or fewer before the workshop: no refund

All cancellations must be notified in writing (preferably by email) and a cancellation reference number obtained. If you provide a replacement at time of cancellation, no charge will be made. In this case, the change of name must be notified to Negotiation Workshop in writing and an amendment reference number obtained from Negotiation Workshop's office.
